&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;LED Flashing: Light off more that on, means the heat sensor circuit is not functioning, (IE: Open circuit in the cushion element green and grey wire assembly).&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;This normally means a pin is not seated in the connector properly and therefore is not making contact with the mating socket.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;There could also be a break at the solder points where the sensor lead wires are soldered to the green or gray hook up wires.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;LED Flashing: LED on more than off, means the heating wire circuit has a break in it and the power is not flowing through the heating elements.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;This could be caused by a break in the heating wire, a pin pushed out or not seated properly in the connector. Also, bad ground or low voltage output from power source (IE: Smart Fuse Box)&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If a short circuit occurs in our heating elements and the installer did not use a fused power feed to our system then the LED will flash on more than off until the short is removed.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Note the seat heaters will not work in this mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the Luxury kit is only working in low and not high, this usually means that the orange wire is not connected to the switch.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Note: the power must be disconnected from the control to reset the system and clear the flashing fault signals.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Pull on brown, blue, &amp;amp; yellow wires at all connectors to verify they are properly seated in the connector.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Don’t forget the connector on the back element.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;To verify voltage input use voltmeter across red &lt;U&gt;AND&lt;/U&gt; black wires &lt;U&gt;AT&lt;/U&gt; the control module (should read 11-14V). &lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;A possible cause is a poor ground connection (check connections or try another grounding point).&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Another possible cause is the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;fuse tapped for power is computer controlled (try another fuse).&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Odds are that control module is working fine especially if a new installation. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size=2&gt;b)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size=2&gt;Explain that you have to sit on the seat for 5 minutes to feel heat… leaving seat “on” for 5 minutes and then sitting in the seat is not the same thing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
