I don't know about the other trimmers out there that install seat heaters, but my problem spot is the power tap. Most upholsters won't have a problem with r and r the seats and installing the units, the problem comes when it's time to get power. I personally have had to take a couple of jobs to a auto wiring shop to locate a switched fuse or reboot the computor after a wrong hook up. This really takes the profit out of the job. Is there a possibility of support in this area???

This is a frequent question. Attached is a document for power connection on '07-'09 GM full size trucks. You will need a RELAY for this installation. We offer a kit FST-RELAY-GM which makes the operatiion a fully plug-and-play installation.

We don't like delaying installations either. This Relay solution actually just came out as of the posting. The R&D guys here have been working for months on long term solutions for power connection. We even have solutions in the works for other Makes and Models.
I will post the solutions here as they arrive. In the mean time, we will make our best effort to offer these new accessories to our customers at the point of sale to avoid the difficulty you experienced.
